Thanks Shannon. It is getting harder and harder to exercise as it gets colder. I some how managed to go swimming but I practically cried to whole time.
What exactly are you doing to try and lose the weight? I lost some weight in winter by doing minimal exercise.. but you have to be a little strict in your diet but it has it's advantages.
Kara I am doing weight watchers. So basically watching what I eat and exercising. I am swimming and walking at present. I have lost 12.5 kilos so far (which is half way to my goal weight) so having a little plateau at the minute which is usual. Good on you for losing weight too - it is very hard to be strict with what we eat.
